well if the server is a non-steam one , go on this page http://css.setti.info and put the adres server + port down .. where it's say's ' Add your server to the masterserver list' and put there server ip and port and click on add server
and your server will be added in 20 minutes on setti masterlist one of the biggest nonsteam masterservers for cs16/css/tf2 there are 4 romanian servers gl with the server

sourcemod nu are implementat rank din cate stiu , si votarea harti pe mine cel putin ma oftik ca buti apasa 1 sau alte harti banale si nu vreau sa joc d2 odata la 2 harti

sourcemod e cel mai slab si mai rudimentar mod pentru administrarea unui server .
spun asta pentru ca lam incercat si ma dezamagit nare nimic superior ,nici nu stiu de ce lau inventat . deocamdata doar copiaza module din manimod si mattie s eventscripts. asta din urma are peste 100 pluginuri aprobate si in total sunt facute peste 1200 pluginuri .

zumzum da iti trebe 100 de pluginuri ca sa joci pe un server? cred ca 4-5 sunt suficiente. stiu ca 95% din cei care isi fac pentru prima oara server vor sa-l faca cat mai cochet...dar in realitate il strica. Cel mai bun server e ala lasat cat mai aproape de default.
diferentele intre sourcemod si celelalte e imensa..si nu ma refer la cat de dezvoltat e ci la modul de operare si la cate resurse mananaca. manimod e ridicol din punctul de vedere al optimizarii...true ca e mai dezvoltat pentru ca e si mai vechi dar un pic de rabdare si sourcemod va deveni cel mai puternic la fel cum e si amxmodx. comunitatea amxmodx e imensa..fi sigur ca in cateva zile baietii pot aproba peste 100 de pluginuri...rabdare insa.

nu cred ca i ridicol din moment 60% dintre servere folosesc inca manimod
merge standalone fara metamod are toate modulele necesare unui server normal .e mai usor de configurat ,dar la unele module are si buguri
eu nu vad cum ar putea deveni sourcemod mai puternic , c atu are , ca io nam gasit nici unu
in css se simte ff putin daca servu are 3-4 moduri care functioneaza in paralel , pentru ca oricum si cel mai simplu serv cu tick 100 mananca pe windows resurse la greu .

60% zici...am scris mai sus ca din cauza vechimei...manimodul s-a dezvoltat mult mai repede ca sourcemodul.
usor de configurat? cred ca aici tine de fiecare cum e obisnuit...daca e primul server care il faci si pornesti cu manimod mi se pare evident sa ti se para mai usor cu el. eu de aproape un an jumate ma joc cu amxmodx-ul iar sourcemodul mi sa parut extrem de usor de folosit...e vorba de obisnuinta.
avantajul sourcemod-ului e faptul ca e mult mai optimizat. dezavantaj e ca nu a ajuns intro faza destul de evoluata asa cum e manimodul...dar asta e doar o chestiune de timp.
pe windows pana si messengerul mananca la greu..pentru ca asa e facut windowsul. poti face comparatia intre sourcemod si manimod ca diferenta dintre linux si windows la nivel de operare si optimizare a resurselor. toata lumea foloseste windows pentru ca e mai friendly and shit...dar cand vine vorba de servere si de load-uri foarte mari..nimic nu se compara cu linux.

ia faza ca sourcemod ar consuma resurse putine nare nici o importanta , tre sa fi constient ca daca vrei sa ti server de css cu tick 100 tre sa ai musai sistem bazat
am vazut ca servu are engine build 3048 care este kiar mai veki decat sourcemodul .
c optimizare crezi ca exista acu pe servu css.obositii?
la cs16 amxmodx e cel mai popular dar kiar si acum cu versiunea 1.8 este mult inferioara variantei amx2006.3 care este mai bogata in optiuni si are si optimizare pentru nosteam ,
iar din cate am citit amxx 1.8 nui recomandat pentru un server nosteam

este engine vechi pentru ca s-a vrut non-steam. Daca ai engine mai nou pentru css non-steam te rog sa mi-l dai.
nu sunt adeptul serverelor non-steam...dar ma conformez majoritatii. am avut mai multe tentative sa renunt la non-steam..dar nu prea am reusit.
amx2006.3 bogata in optiuni? pai te rog sa imi faci o mica comparatie intre 1.8 si 2006...care ar fi diferentele asa mari intre ele. ma multumesc cu un site unde sa vad asa ceva.
pentru tick100 ai nevoie de sistem bazat? depinde cum percepe fiecare sistemul bazat....dar cu un sistem la 700ron (evident fara monitor) ti foarte usor un css tick 100. pe acelasi sistem poti tine 2 servere cs tick 1000. iti zic din proprie experienta ca nu am sisteme bazate cum probabil isi imagineaza unii.
1.8 nui recomandat non-steam? cum sa se recomande asa ceva unui server ilegal sau cum ar zice unii la limita ilegalitatii.

servu il faci cu hldsupdatetool ,
iar daca vrei doar sa faci update la actualul serv ,adaugi in comanda de download si -verify_all
exemplu : hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -verify_all -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir e:\css
iar aplicatia asta iti va verifica toate fisierele si le va updata
o sugestie ar fi sa iti faci backup la fisierul gameinfo.txt aici este inregistrat metamodul si e posibil sal inlocuiasca cu cel original
apoi pui patch

IMPORTANT citeste install.txt
patchul asta genereaza steam id pentru fiecare in functie de ipul pe care il au
si ramai si cu engine ul source cel original nemodificat ,deci nu cred ca o sa mai ai bug uri de la engine , poate doar de la sourcemodul asta sau de la unele pluginuri neoptimizate.
iar ca pluginuri ar fi binevenit un rank si un votemap automat la sfarsitul harti
pe serv e versiunea SourceMod 1.0.1 pe care ekipa sourcemod no mai sustine ,
ultima versiune este 1.0.3 http://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php

este vorba ca dupa c ai updatat servu sa inlocuiesti 2 sau 3 fisiere din serv acu depinde daca , daca hostezi tu serrvu pui 2 daca nu esti tu host le pui pe toate 3

sa pus un cvar check din cate am vorbit cu matrix , oricum eu nu stiu cat de eficiente sunt , ramane de vazut ( am experienta din 1.6 si ele nu mergea niciodata) , harti sunt , nu are rost zblock pe nonsteam si nici nu stiu daca merge , rank o sa fie la sfarsitul saptamani (cred) dar nu phychostats , serverul e tick 100 , ai automat 101/101/25000edit:
ultima versiune ? pai sunt multe versiuni este versiunea de cal si m-ai este un v nush cat am vazut pe un sv de 64 de sloturi , deci de_rush e versiune de cal pe care o am si e buna si m-ai exista de_rush_v2 e pt 64 slots si modificata am impresia

nu cred ca psychostats isi are rostul acum. prea putini jucatori care sa frecventeze forumul si un eventual site cu asa ceva plus ca urca loadul cpu-ului destul de mult. la sfarsitul saptamanii va fi si rank pe server daca il vreti asa de mult ( inutil din punctul meu de vedere ).
o sa adaug si o parte din hartile postate de tine.
sv_pure 2 cred ca e exagerat. nu poti nici macar sa-ti schimbi culoarea la crosshair..te obliga sa joci cu setarile default din steam...ceea ce nu o vor face majoritatea.
voi seta sv_pure 1 dar trebuie sa sap un pic pe internet sa vad ce-i cu acel fisier din care sa-si ia setarile pentru sv_pure 1....anyway interesanta chestie.

Spre deosebire de alte rankuri nu poti sa te duci in echipa mai buna si sa omori niste nubi. Chiar daca ai un scor pozitiv conteaza pe cine omori si cine te omoara. Sincer nu ma sunt asa inebunit dupa rank dar alt rank sistem ar fi o goana de fraguri la toata lumea.
Daca ai pus tick 100 nu inseamna ca toata lumea joaca cu 100. Majoritatea folosesc setarile default(de cand a aparut counter strike source) care acum sunt numite rate hack. Eu am incercat sa vad pana unde pot sa pun ratele si am obsevar ca pot sa joc si cu 10(zece).
Comenzile mincmd/minupd/rate nu fac nimic clientilor non steam (cei cu versiuni DZ) nu stiu cum este situatia cu crack steam.
Exista totusi o modalitate sa le fortezi ratele la toti sa fie corecte insa mai mult nu stiu. Dute pe css.setti.info si intreaba acolo pe forum sunt mai mult decat dornici sa ajute, pe serverul lor folosesc un plugin anti cheat mai putin cunoscut care chiar da ban la codati, intreaba-i si o sa iti zica ce trebuie sa faci.
de_rush pt cal e cea buna.

Comanda extend map sa fie o singura data (nu vrei sa fie un server dust2 only nu?)
Exista o comanda care te lasa sa alegi ce harti sa puna la vot. Seteaza astfel incat ultimele 20 de harti jucate sa nu apara astfel o sa se joace toate hartile de pe server si lumea o sa fie multumita ca voteaza ce vor ei...

Lbt pe soucemod nam vazut nici un plugin asemanator cu pluginul ace rates din eventscrips . iar asta nu poate forta ratele ,doar il poti seta sa accepte pe server jucatori cu rate decente

- warning sv_pure 2 working only with steam players! So please use sv_pure 1 and whitelist.

zumzum..ceea ce vroiam sa zic in postul de mai sus e ca sv_pure 1 adaugat in server.cfg nu merge. cand pornesc serverul scrie clar : unknown command : sv_pure 1.
sa vad celelalte cvar-uri.

asta vrei? ban la 80% din jucatori? care nu stiu si poate nu vor sa-si urce ratele default ( 30 si 20 ) la 100/100?
dami un plugin care sa modifice la jucatori ratele si il voi pune. dar fara tampenii care dau kick/ban.
este acum pe server un plugin care le da kick celor cu cmdrate < 50. Fugi si vezi cat sunt kick-uti. vrei fortat la 100?

Off eu zic sa vorbestu cu ei dar tu... nu stiu exact detaliile dar stiu ca la ei pe server poti sa ai setate ce rate vrei dar joci cu CE RATE VOR EI SA JOCI.
Tu ai jucat macar o data css? Sti cum e sa joci cu un cu rate proaste?

Lbt hai sa-ti explic cum sta treaba....eu n-am jucat css...dar tu n-ai configurat un server source.
De aproximativ un an..Valve a scos setarea "cl_restrict_server_commands" din engine. Daca acea setare era setata 1...atunci serverul putea executa comenzi asupra jucatorilor. Datorita faptului ca nu mai exista (implicit 0) acest lucru nu se mai poate face.
De ce Valve a luat aceasta decizie? din motive de siguranta a jucatorilor...unii admini mai idioti au o placere deosebita sa faca modificari jucatorilor si daca ar fi doar asta nar fi asa mare problema. Dar uite un exemplu : un admin ii putea deschide jucatorului in MOTD o pagina web...care putea contine virusi, troieni etc nu mai conteaza. E doar un exemplu...sunt mult mai multe chestii.
Acum ai inteles? Stiu ca e usor de vorbit si aratat cu degetul pe alte servere...dar nu mai esti la curent. Singura solutie ramane kick/ban...nu prea eficienta tinand cont ca 80% din jucatori joaca cu 30/20...sa zicem ca ar mai fi o solutie : luat fiecare jucator in parte si explicat ce si cum sa modifice. Te bagi?

Las-o balta n-ai inteles nimic, daca vrei sa sti zblock poate sa forteze jucatori sa joace cu 100/100/2500 dar in fine va las cu ideile voastre.
Si te rog nu imi spune tu ca nu stiu ca nu cred ca ai jucat suficient ca sa imi spui ce stiu si ce nu.

da Lbt? te rog sa imi dai un tutorial..sau macar da-mi un link in care scrie ca zblock-ul forteaza ratele la jucatori (adica la modifica...nu le da kick sau ban). eu chiar vreau sa fortez ratele la jucatori si te rog sa ma ajuti. singur mai mult de atat nu pot...

sv_mincmd 100, sv_minupd 100, sv_minrate 2500 (nu au legatura cu zblock)
DIn cate stiu nu au nici un efect asupra clientrilor cu css standalone (digitalzone).

Uite cum e , poate ca nu sunt eu in tema dar gandesc totusi , logic , CSS digital zone este un counter strike source modificat de catre digital zone da? (ca si Counter strike 1.6 XTCS) Cu ce este acesta modificat? Cu skinuri desigur , eh , ce legatura au skinurile cu acele rate? De ce nu ar avea efect , fa-ma sa inteleg , poate sunt eu batut in cap , vrei sa imi zici ca daca iau skinuri de pe banana nu o sa mai poata sa imi schimbe ratele? Aste e 1 , si 2. am cautat o leaca pe google , si daca VALVE a interzis cl_restrict_server_commands este clar ca nu poti schimba , mai ales celor cu steam , incerci sa te faci auzit cu punctul tau de vedere , dar din punctul meu de vedere esti ilogic....

hpk setat la max 80 sau 100 ar fi mai corect
si nai cum sa dai kick la ce cu rate ff mici pluginul inca nu sa facut pe smm ,iar ca sa le fortezi nu mai merge
am mai vazut pe aici un server din SVK , si kiar le forta lam probat ,daca nu corespondeam imi dadea reconect si aveam ratele minime acceptate pe server
le facea cu ace rates 3.999 din eventscripts ,
are engine 3048 dar cred ca foloseste si alte .dll -uri veki ca sa mai faca posibil modificarea.

pot fi facute unele modificari..dar in nici un caz fortea ratelor.
daca se seteaza sv_minrate 8000 atunci serverul va trimite minim 8000 de pachete catre client. Daca acesta are rate 3500...restul de 4500 vor duce la aparitia choke-ului. Cu ajutorul unui plugin (care este si acum pe server) cei cu choke >X primesc kick.
Incerc sa fac rost de un plugin care sa verifice ratele jucatorilor si daca nu corespund cerintelor serverului sa fie transferati specatori si sa le apara un mesaj in care sa ii avertizeze sa seteze ratele corecte daca vor sa joace. Cred ca asta ar fi cea mai buna solutie.
cl_restrict_server_commands e setare client si nu server. Nu conteaza ce "dll-uri" are serverul...conteaza ce versiune de cs:s au clientii. Valve a scos din martie-aprilie 2007 aceasta setare din engine-ul cs:s

sYmbY CSS standalone si CSS pe steam (cracksteam sau legit) umbla cu fisierele diferit. In standalone sunt extrase iar in (crack)steam sunt in arhive comune( ex:textrile din css care sunt folosite si in hl2 nu trebuie copiate din nou)

Asta inseamna ca toti jucatorii vor avea cel putin 90 cmdrate-ul, 90 minupdaterate-ul si 8000 rate-ul.
Ramane singura problema cu fps-ul jucatorilor. Daca jucatorul nu depaseste 70fps atunci nici cmdrate-ul lui nu va depasi 70. Anyway..daca jucatorul nu poate primi aceste setari va avea choke si daca depaseste 30 vor primi kick.
Lbt aveai dreptate pe ici pe colo...dar m-ai dus in eroare cu pluginuri si cu setti. Valve a scos posibilitatea modificarii ratelor jucatorilor dar au oferit aceasta posibilitate adminilor sa forteze numarul de pachete trimise spre jucator. ( dar nu modificarea ratelor propriuzis )
Astept comentarii maine...cum se misca serverul. Cred ca are o problema..dupa un timp oboseste si o da in balarii. O sa vad zilele astea de la ce poate fi.

De ce cmdrate 95 poate uni joaca cu 100. Daca fps jucatorilor este 70 nici cmd nici upd nu vor depasi 70 (in conditi ideale; net prost...)
Nu vad de ce un low fps player ar avea loss/choke daca are ratele setate mari. Nu poate lua kick zic; daca vrei pot sa testez cu vechiul meu calculator (amd sempron 3000, gforce6600GT, 512ram ddr1)

hpk e la 125 dar ar trebui setat klumea ,daca intra mai multi cu ping peste 130 -150 se face lag urat ,iar hpk le da kick cam in 5 min ,

MATRIX , postul asta este pentru tine , este weekend si toti vrem sa ne jucam CSS ! Serverul este blocat acum , la 8 dimineata si era blocat si aseara la 8 . Stiu ca aseara i-ai dat drumul pentru ca acum e blocat pe alta harta .
Vreau sa stii si de la mine cum se blocheaza , poate te ajuta :
- cand ii vin lui piticii nu mai gaseste hartile ce trebuie sa le schimbe , adica au fost cazuri cand am dat la votemap , cazuri cand am vrut cu sm_map si cand a incercat el singur conform ciclului.
- nu conteaza cati jucatori sunt pe server , daca au lag sau nu , daca downloadeaza harta curenta sau nu .
- nu conteaza ce harta este sau ce harta trebuia sa urmeze .
- mie in consola imi da mesaj ca nu gaseste harta respectiva ( can't find such a map ...) .
- odata primit mesajul asta nu mai poti schimba in nici o harta , indiferent care ( inclusiv in cea care este in momentul ala ).
- apoi ramane blocat pe harta ultima care s-a jucat .
Eu te rog mult , si vreau sa stii ca mai sunt multi jucatori regulati pe acest server , deci eu te rog mult sa faci ceva sa nu se mai blocheze , stiu ca poti dar probabil nu ai timp indeajuns .
Nu vreau sa par nesimtita , nu ma bag in treaba altora dar vreau sa ma joc CSS, asa ca :
- sugerez reanalizarea directorului unde este instalat serverul , daca pe computerul respectiv mai sunt si alte servere de jocuri on line , ce trafic e pe el , ce procesor si memorii folosesti .
- sugerez instalarea serverului pentru o perioada de test pe alt computer chiar daca nu are performantele celui pe care este acum .
Poate tu ai facut demult toate astea , dar poate nu , nu vreau sa ma bag in seama aiurea , vreau doar sa ajut si vreau sa intelegi cat de mult conteaza pentru noi jucatorii ceea ce faci tu MATRIX ! REzolva problema asta si vei fi un zeu mai mare decat esti acum in ochii nostri !

in alta ordine de idei...acum sunt plecat din localitate si ma intorc duminica seara. daca toata lumea vrea sa joace css sa joace pe alt server....in momentul de fata am alte prioritati.

in ultima vreme am jucat pe serverele RO only si nu prea am mai intrat pe obositii , revin iar cu ideea mea stresanta , matrix pune pentru administararee manimod + sourcemod ,iar la asta din urma lasa doar pluginul anticheat kac eventual si vbac care face acelasi lucru numai cai mai rapid
iar ca sati nuti bati pprea tare capu cu configurarea modului
in tutorialul meu de css am pus un addon in care manimod este destul de bine setat ,ai putea sa iei de acolo cateva fisiere ,ma refer la mani_server.cfg
in language am pus si traducerea in romana si wordfilter pentru cenzurat cuvine
singura kestie mai de durata ar fi sa treci adminele de pe sourcemod pe manimod ,cai invers ,daca bagi litere ii iei din comenzi

si ieri am incercat sa pun manimod dar pagina lor oficiala nu merge....http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com asta gasesc la cautarea pe google dar nu prea merge. am gasit documentatie..am citit...stiu ce am de facut dar nu am modul si prefer sa-l iau de pe site-ul lor. Alte link-uri de pe diverse siteuri/forumuri la fel nu merg.

nare treaba cu nici o memorie ram....iao putin logic. Serverul merge..totul e ok dar dintrun anumit motiv dupa un timp nu mai recunoaste hartile. Serverul ramane blocat pe harta respectiva...si apare ca fiind online doar ca nu se poate conecta nimeni la el. E o problema undeva pe care nu am reusit sa o identific....am schimbat vreo 3 versiuni de plugin care se ocupa de schimbarea hartilor, am verificat de 7 ori fisierele in care se afla trecute mapele....nu stiu ce sa-i mai fac.
Tot ce vreau acum e sa instalez manimod iar pe sourcemod sa las doar pluginul anticheat....restul sa fie dezactivate ( dupa cum sugera zumzum )....numa sa mearga site-ul lor. Daca ar fi problema hardware ( memorie, procesor, hdd etc ) simptomele ar fi altele si ar aparea erori in loguri. Iar pe acelasi server a mai fost un server source war ( fara sourcemod ) si mergea perfect.
aztec este pe server dar nu e trecut in fisiere....sm_map de_aztec ar trebui sa mearga.
LE: am gasit un manimod 1.2 beta 5 o sa incerc in seara asta sa-l pun.

Am instalat manimod...pare sa functioneze modul desi nu am cum sa intru pe server sa verific acum.
Nu cunosc comenzile asa ca nu va pot ajuta cu o lista de comenzi....daca o are cineva rog sa o posteze...eu n-am mai lucrat cu manimod.
Adminele ar trebui sa functioneze.

np , acum este o problema , nu se poate folosi chatul deoarece iti da acel mesaj cu "STOP SPAMMING THE SERVER" probabil limita de mesaje e setata pe 0 sau eu stiu , si adminul imi merge , am incercat comanda ma_say hello si mi-a mers , pingul este foarte bun , scuze de double dar asta ca sa vezi
Alte probleme : nu merg facute sprayuri , da un mesaj cum ca "SPRAYS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THIS SERVER" ma rog asta nu e asa grav . eu am ping 10 , sunt si cu ping 5 , si tot la fel dar majoritatea au 40 / 60 , probabil fiind straini . bafta

spam protectul e setat la 1 secunda....teoretic nu ai putea scrie 2 mesaje la un interval mai mic de 1 secunda. testeaza te rog chat-ul si cand esti viu si cand esti mort si revino cu un post

eh..in cazul asta am dezactivat protectia.
aceeasi chestie o pateam si cu afk detectorul din manimod....era setat la 2-3 runde si jucatorul primea kick imediat dupa ce se conecta.

warm up e setat la 90 sec , poti pune te rog la 45 ?
nu ma lasa sa-mi aleg teamul sau skinul , ma forteaza sa dau autoselect , e activat autobalance ( autoteam limmit ala )
pingul e pus la 125 , poti pune la 80 ? ( ca oricum te lasa pana la 100 )
te rog mult daca se poate sa pui inapoi pluginul cu meniul adminului pentru ban, kick , votemap ... ca ne prindem urechile

ar trebuie sa poti selecta team-ul acum
hpk-ul setat la 100
meniul de admin trebuie sa existe...intrebati si voi adminii de pe alte servere unde se foloseste manimod cum il acceseaza...eu stiu doar ca inaintea unor comenzi se foloseste @
modificarile au loc dupa ce se schimba harta...astept reply.

merge @menu ptr meniu de admin , ai acolo optiuni sa banezi si toate cele , kick si restul sau bind x admin si dai x si la fel apare meniul , cu @menu in say mode , pe y.

Pune matrix in MOTD o regula MAAARE si FRUMOASA ca ma intreaba astia pe server cand dau mute / kick etc ca de ce dau cand nu sunt reguli , si scri te rog asa "Rule 1.Have Respect

mie chiar imi place serverul asa cum e . Dar hai sa va zic o faza tare , acum jumatate de ora cand eram pe server , intr-o runda mi-au aparut in afara de punctele albastre ce reprezentau oamenii mei pe radar , si puncte rosii , si am urmarit un pct rosu si am vazut ca era terro , runda urmatoare nu a mai fost asa , sa fi fost un bug ceva?

nu este bug , cand in zona de actiune sunt si inamici , ei apar si pe radarul inamic pentru o scurta perioada (2-5 sec)

Eu le aproximez cand aud piuitul ala mai alert si stiu ca sare bomba , dar mi-ar fi placut sa zica serverul : " 20 secons left !! ......10 , 9 , 8...... buuum !" . Asta mi-ar fi placut foarte mult, cine intra si aude sau vede toate nimicurile astea gandeste automat ca exista cineva priceput care se ingrijeste de server . Eu as vrea sa faci ceva aici , ceva deosebit care sa personalizeze serverul Obositii , sa nu fie ca toate celelalte ... .
Stiu ca nu ai timp si cateodata nici chef , asta nu o faci intr-o noapte si nici in doua ... nimeni nu-ti cere asta ! Poti pentru inceput sa stam de vorba ce vrei si ce poti face , nu sa-mi raspunzi " nu " de la inceput ... ca ma umfla plansul sa stii !!!!

hai sa-ti explic cum vad un server serios. probabil nu joci cs si nu ai intrat pe celelalte servere care le am dar am o regula la care tin mult. Nu vreau un server cu fel de fel de brizbizuri dupa care sa-ti fuga ochii la fiecare secunda....nu vreau un server ca atunci cand ai nevoie sa auzi adversarul auzi in schimb 10 9 8 sau alt gen de sunete....nu vreau un server pe care sa se adune copii de 14 ani care nu au nivel de gandire cat de cat ridicat.
Vreau un server cu strictul necesar si acolo unde e nevoie mici modificari pentru fun si nu altceva.
Vrei explicatie pentru numaratoare? e destul de simpla....e un joc in care o echipa trebuie sa castige....avand numaratoarea in fata e un avantaj prea mare pentru counteri de a nu muri in urma exploziei....si da conteaza runda urmatoare ca armele se pastreaza.
pe scurt si la obiect....vreau un server pe care strategia de joc sa se pastreze iar cu acea numaratoare se schimba multe. E un server de css clasic....daca vreau unul fun am ce pluginuri sa bag.
le: vreau sa testati daca puteti intra pe server si atunci cand e full...teoretic daca e full jucatorul cu lag-ul cel mai mare e dat afara pentru a intra jucatorul cu acces.

dar mie imi intodeauna mia placut brizbrizurile de pe unele servere , exemplu :la quake sounds sau numaratoare de la bomba cu voce de femeie e misto ,
goremod imi placea cum imi sarea sangele pe fata cand eram lovit ,
imi placea sa jok pe un server de gungame din svk doar sa ascult muzik ca avea un plugin cu radiouri

Eu te-am vazut pe mai multe servere pe tine , te-am vazut semi-activ si pe cateva forumuri cu acelasi nick si gif la semnatura , nu vreau sa spun pe care a nu fac publicitate . Tu stii ca toate serverele alea au cate ceva a lor care le diferentiaza, care le fac unice pe STEAM. Eu asta as vrea sa inteleaga MATRIX ca ar fi bine sa faca ... dar nu ma exprim eu bine sau n-are el imaginatie de loc ...

majoritatea serverele nosteam sunt lowskill, facute pentru zgarciti si saraci,
jucatori buni de obicei sunt banati pe aici ,daia am zis ca e greu sa faci 22 de kilsuri consecutive sa ajungi la holysit, cu modificarea pe care am facuto ajungi cu 12.
joc css de 2 ani jumate ,stiu sa fac servere si de asta intru pe mai multe forumuri sa mi dau cu parerea.

ann3 te rog sa verifici daca atunci cand sunt 22/22 te poti conecta din consola. serverul e setat ca atunci cand e full si intra un jucator cu acces jucatorul cu lagul cel mai mare sa fie dat afara pentru a putea intra slotul.

Daca dau de la favorite " join " nu merge, scrie "server full" iar din consola cand dau dureaza cateva secunde mai mult dar merge .
Nu inteleg ce treaba are faptul ca dau din favorite sau consola , serverul oricum imi vede STEAMU-ul si stie ca am slot , nu ?
Mai e un fenomen la conectare , "retriwing server info" , aici iar e o intarziere maricica dar nu te lasa in pom . Parca m-a mai intrebat careva de fenomenul asta.
Mie mi s-a mai intepenit serverul ( mani mod ) de cateva ori ( a inghetat imaginea cateva secunde dar fara "connection problem " si apoi am jucat in continuare fara retry ), am intrebat pe Honda daca si la el si zice ca nu , vreau sa stiu daca a mai avut careva fenomenul asta.

Tu cand dai connect din favorites te ia ca pe un simplu player , nu iti verifica steamid , daca ai pus vreun pass sau nu , de aceea pe unele servere daca pui pass in consola (la cs 1.6 ma refer) si spui de exemplu setinfo _pw Ann3 si dai connect din favorite e foarte posibil sa nu ai adminul pus , dar daca dai din consola il vei avea . Din consola e ca si o conectare manuala , iti verifica steamid / pass etc . Eu asa stiu

Serverul are o limita de sloturi , ceva in gen 20+2 , daca 20 oameni sunt si mai sunt 2 cu slot / adm tie nu iti mai face loc , si in legatura cu favorite , e simplu , ai uitat sa dai refresh , de pe server iesise 1 player .

normal ar fi fost ca mani sa va faca loc pe server , dar modul nu fuctioneaza prea bine in
cstrike\cfg\mani_admin_plugin mai e un fisier reserveslots.txt ,sa va treaca matrix id-urile acolo poate asa merge.

Am marit numarul de jucatori de pe server. Acum sunt 22 de locuri publice si 2 locuri rezervate pentru cei cu access....in total 24. Cele 2 locuri rezervate nu se pot ocupa de ceilalti jucatori prin urmare ar trebui sa va puteti conecta pe server fara sa mai aveti problema server is full.

Stiu ca poti sa faci altceva, sa pui un hidden slot pe care te poti conecta doar prin comanda connect si asa se pot conecta cei cu sloturi rezervate chiar daca serverul e plin.

Uite Crazy cum sta treaba :
Sunt 22 de sloturi pentru jucatori unde poti pune auto-retry ala de care vb MATRIX , dar erau toate ocupate pentru ca am incercat ( adica am bifat join server ..ala la care se refera MATRIX ) si nici unu nu iesia de acolo sa elibereze locul ... iar pentru admini erau 2 sloturi , unu era ocupat de Honda si unu de Bauer . Deci nici aici nu puteam intra . ( din consola )

nici nu stiam ca nu e secured...desi la pornire scrie destul de clar ca nu e vac secured. daca engine-ul crackuit de linux care il am imi permite sa il securizez o voi face. Zic asta pentru ca in procesul de configurare nu am dat nicaieri de vreo optiune de secure sau nu.

Unknown command "sv_secure" la pornirea serverului. O fi mergand in windows...dar eu tine serverul pe linux si nu am chef sa reincep discutia despre engine-ul css crackuit pentru linux.

Care e treaba cu "listele de Ip-uri " de pe server ?
Esti sigur ca atunci cand folosim cfg-ul de admin si dam comanda ban PERMANENT serverul chiar da permanent ? Eu am dat la unii si dupa cateva ore erau iar pe server ... de ce ?

Da , ca am impresia ca mani admin nu poate decat sa il restrictioneze de tot , da ar fi perfect sa puna un plugin care sa lase doar un awp de echipa , astia fac din ori ce harta harta de awp, joaca toti cu awp , toti stau la panda si cand iesi si tu de dupa un colt poc unu cu awp sta acolo si ti-o da asta dupa ce e a stat acolo toata runda (cata rabdare).

1 . poate sa treaca in server.cfg ma_restrict awp 1 -adika un awp per ekipa
partea nasola e ca comanda se aplica la toate hartile si la alea awp
2 . care e de durata ar fi sa faca cate un config pentru fiecare harta de_ cs _ aim_
exemplu cfg\mani_admin_plugin\map_config\de_dust2.cfg
in care sa treaca comanda asa ma_restrict awp 1

That would be a good idea , it's a plug on 1.6 and i saw on a server , when you entered it (on 1.6) on that motd it would be like a formular and if you had steam it would have said to you to put a nick and pass for slot and down a message like "the setinfo is setinfo _obo pass" and that formular was directly connected to the users.ini from server and added you'r slot . nice no?

freeze 0 it'a a very bad ideea. 0 it's on aim or fy maps.
on other maps standard freezetime is 3-5 seconds...and on competitions is 9-10 seconds.
FF probably will be....but BET not. it was in early days and we saw what happened....you werent playing here in those times.

you don't get the deal , maybe i'm i little slower than you (not that i am but there are players that are) and i buy weapon / nades / kelvar and all i need in 5 sec , you have the from the previous round , is not fair for you to have an advantage over me , i mean , you make 1 frag because you'r the first , i am 5 seconds behind you . This is the situation that you explained , but i am not afraid cuz i'm not ranker , just that 3 seconds is better in my opinion because let's say on d2 you get spawned just in front of the mid doors , a guy that has awp from previous round will kill you while you are tryin' to buy a gun , that meens your money are gone and your score is bad , got it now? And there are more situations where the freeze matters .

Freeze time 0 bad idea, I'm a rusher and I know it will be bad for the other players
, it's like symby said the freeze time gives u the chance to buy weapons and armor, it practically balances the game. FF would be great, players would have to be more careful the game will become more organized once they get used to it. If i can ask can there be a Team Flash plug-in installed cause it's really anoyng to get team flashed all the time, something like if u flash a team mate you lose a percentage of your hp that will make people be more careful with flashes.

im geting team killed like hell out there, god. even by semi-good players. this is ghay. i think nubs hate us bether players, and they keep shooting us. its very anyoing. luckely im admin so i just kick them til they stop or just do a 5 min ban. but the ban only comes if they keep doing it after the first 3 kicks.

I guess this is happenning because it isn't strict enough this ff ... just an opinion;
the one that shoots a team player should get at least -20hp for every shot ...make it more strict if you can and this should solve things as the attaker will get slayed on it's own very fast if he shoots more than 3-4 times ... there must be some setup for this

Yeah when they are spotted by a member of your team they appear on radar, but only in static positions, no true movement appears, but it helps u pin point there location easily

After u die press quickly "M" and "6" then hit "MOUSE2" ( First person camera is better ) until set camera on ur killer, watch him live killing other noobs ... after he dies u can return to ur team , just like that ... I do that .

I don't know for sure, but i think one of the reasons is because a lot of ppl play with friends and many may comunicate using skype and other programs, if one of them is dead he can tell his friends were the other team is located thus having an advantage, thats how i see it anyway

It is a new plugin who make the game more realistic . When u get wounded the screen is geting cloudy for a few moments , very close to the real thing .

The long story (Read the last lines for the short one)
To improve the gameplay on the server you need real players, not rank driven maniacs with no morals or sense of judgement whatsoever (sorry orange, but it's true). Players that know what they need to do and when they need to do it in order to balance the teams so that they live up to the name of the game ... counter-strike, not slaughter-strike. And you don't need that many of them 2-4 ... balance of course, only thing is that you need them on the server all at the same time, and of course 1 or 2 per team
. But then again, it's really not about players right now, that's not the problem the server is dealing with at the moment, because, in order for a server to be running smoothly it doesn't just need players, it needs rules. That's right, rules of conduct so that it's not complete chaos theory that you need to apply when playing on the server, not that anyone would really know what that is (and, believe me, I've played on the server, it's complete chaos out there, no such thing as team support, more like a free for all type of playing, "The only reason for which I'm not killing you is because I can't." But, they can do that, kill team players, and just because they get punished for it doesn't mean they don't do it, I played for about 2 hours on the server today and it happened to me, to be team-killed, for about 3-4 times.)
It's chaos out there people and you're thinking about little things like restricting weapons or playing only knives, god forbbid, if you want knives, just tell matrix to get you a couple of maps where you can do exactly that.
The fact and the matter is that, grander rules must be changed, and my first recommendation is that a PUSH LIMIT should be set. (and because I know some of you have this blurry notion of PUSH... I will explain ... Terrorists RUSH to the bombsite. meaning that... they get there really fast!!! and Counter-terrorists PUSH them back, that means of course that they force the terrorists to retreat. Now that this is clear, it is important for you to know that, the terms can only be applied in this manner ... Counter-terorists can't rush !!! and neither can Terrorists push.)
Some of you might think that things are going well without a push limit and if one were to be set, then the gameplay would become worse and happy terrorist campers will never go out from their holes. You are right!! In the begining this will happen, terrorists will camp and you will have to wait for them like forever, but this will only happen in the begining. "Things will get worse before they get better." But when they begin to get better that's when you realize it was all worth it. The only reason most terrorists camp is because they know Counter-terrorists will push, and let's admit that, it's easier to camp than rush. The only reason Counter-terrorists push is because they believe that they'll catch the terrorists unprepared, when someone catches you from behind, there's really nothing you can do.
Of course the players are the real problem because they don't want to play fair, but if you set rules that will make them play fair, they really will have no choice but to do so.
Yes, that's the biggest problem the server is facing. No, I don't really know how you'll enforce it, but if you want things to get better, I know you'll find a way.
The long story short
The only way to improve the quality of gameplay on the server is by setting a PUSH LIMIT! It will solve the terrorist camp problem and the lack of team-play on both sides. It will take time for things to get better, but they will.

if you set the push limit for the ct team on de_ maps you will have to do something with the terrorists on the cs_ maps ... i say to let them free game ... the terrorists will survive ...
take it like this ... 5 ct's rushing tunnel, de_dust ... te t's on the boxes waiting ... boom a flash, two and a he grenade ... the terrorists move in fast and takes all 5 of them than move to the site ... simple ... think like some heroes and it will be easy ...

Achievements can still be added even if rank is out. The rank is good because it causes the players to be competitive but some do not act accordingly and try different schemes to have a better rank
. If rank is removed players will be more fair i think . If the Achievements are added the players will become competitive so it's for the best i think

Sorry about changing the subject, i've got a suggestion about some rules. Every server must have rules, thats normal, no bad comment about it, but where are the admin rules? You say : "* RESPECT THE ADMINS and comply with all of their requests. Ignoring or taunting the admins is a very good way to get kicked or banned. Our admins are real people and have their limits. If you feel you are being treated improperly by an admin, contact us using our forum." Where is the respect for the normal users?? Players have the same limits, they are humans also. That A!M L33S doesn't understand this very well. Maybe is time for some admin rules, so i ask the main administrator to do something about it.

. If an admin brakes the line u post at admin reclamations, which u already did that means u already are awear of these rules . I know there is a plug-in that doesn't let you connect if you do not have your rates set accordingly. I think it will benefit the server

On bomb maps i do not agree for tero's camping the hole round in the spawn point, when they should go plant or help plant the bomb, pls add a rule that after 30 seconds or so spawn camping is not allowed. I know this has already been discussed a while back and approved

Spectator ESP it should be very nice and great especially for admins, and matrix if you can you should let admins se both sides CT and T when they are dead becouse is annoying to go to spectate every 2 minutes when we suspect someone . Realy .

I agree with jack on the spectator, we lose money, which isn't that bad i guess =c
But it's very obvious when an admin is going spectator he's watching for hacks so people can just turn it off till we go back to team.

I suggest you introduce the Switch Sides option in the server plugin, because many times all the good players choose the advantaged side (example: T on dust2, italy, office, CT on dust, nuke)..so after 15-20 mins(or rounds) the sides could switch, in order to make a more balanced game... You should think about it!

lol I don't see how T's have an advantage on dust2, italy, office these are well ballanced maps, never had problems being ct on neither of these maps, the only real problem is the team
if u have a good team u can kick ass easily as ct. The only one sided map is assault, T's have a clear advantage there

There actually is a plugin which checks a player who joins the server's rates..if they aren't within the limits the plugin automatically changes them and also kicks the player, so the next time he joins...his rates will be ok..

i don't know if this has been sugested before,but it would be more fun if the team who does not complete their objectives in time to be killed at the end of the round,T if they do not put the bomb and CT if they didn't rescue the hostages or the VIP.This way teams fight to complete the objective and does not camp around waiting an amboush!

We try to enforce that the teams, do their objective but it's not all black and white there are variables, in certain situations u can't force ppl to do certain things (recovering the bomb faster when he is out numbered). I think it will be to drastic to kill every body, it's a little free game and that's what makes it fun

well it's monday 4:20AM...ESP is on server.i think it's not activated by default when you enter on server....just use esp_menu tu see. I set it that only admins with flac c can use it...i hope it works...in an empty server i cannot test it.

i have a sugestion about friendly fire!i think is great but many of our players abuse this and when they are bored or do not like someone they just shoot in others palyers on their team but not killing them just injure untill near death....so the sugestion refers to make the damage given to other players in your scuad come back to you in the same amount!so many will think twice...

I think mvR is talking about a server side auto slay command that I've seen on other servers aswell, it'll slay any survivors of the failing team.
But the problem is this is that there isn't enough time on some maps to complete the objective.

i have a suggestion related to voting!at the end of a map a automatic voting appears which includes extending map...well,i propose that this option should include team swap because i have observed that many players(even good players) choose one side because on that map,this side is more or less favorised(ex. de_assault:players tend to chose tero side),so they will automaticly vote for map extension!well,with team swap,if they will vote map extension they will give opposing team the chance of playing on winning side,and let them be favorised some rounds...and if they doesn't vote for map extension with team swap,certainly te other side will...balancing somehow the game!

there are more if you choose the right side:as_italy,cs_italy-tero side....but if you should watch the game carefully you should observe that good players tend to place themseves on a map to the same side over and over again!so to a good player wich knows maps well take advantages of the map and will choose one side for it's little advantages it has!

i think that a good idea is to put in the server cfg a fast download url
players would be able to download new maps much faster directly from the server
i use a program called wampserver and it works great
new maps, custom skins, sounds...all could be downloaded very fast

fast download exists since i started the server.....but for fast download you need a host and in this case host is not alwasy online....i can say that is up with a 90% percent...quite ok. In this moments it's offline...
there are maps which have more than 15mb....do you really think i will accept these maps without fastdownload? it will take more than 10minutes to download directed from server such a map

i can't do that. All players are recognized with a STEAM id....even if they do not have a license.

i propose that votemap by the players be modified in the way that a more percentage of votes should lead to map change...because the map changes offten and many times just after a admin or a automatic vote has changed the map....so many maps are played 2-3 minutes than votemap=dust2!maybe the map change should occures if 75% of players vote for a map!

I think that Glitter Mode should be installed. In this way players that camp excessively (more than 15 sec) could be either autoslapped or a big circle would appear around them. I've seen this plugin on other servers but I think that on this server it would be quite necessary because the roundtime is short and some players don't even move from spawn. And it's hard for an admin to keep moving to spec every round and see what the other players from the other team are doing.

i don't play on that server either cuz i got banned 4 times
and what is wrong with it? some players really don't move and if the other players knew he was camping then his advantage would be smaller (for example T spawn campers on dust2...in the 1:45 round time some of them stay there almost to the end of the round...the round time on this server is short for a good reason

Well for the camping admins can kick them or slay, it is not necessary to enter other methods for camping, just slay or kick, it is my opinion
, my opinion may not worth anything to others , but think of yourselves, because this plugin will leave most players on other servers, when the server is given by that particular that is different from other servers , namely through its plugins, by the way .... matrix you can remove ban me? , Ple

i think that installing a mod that don't let you camp it is wrong because, i have stated before that certain teams have the right of camping because they either have to defend the bomb site or the hostages...so to restrict the game more than it is now would be a mistake!

Last couple of days many cheaters on server unbanned by KAC, must be new cheats on sites... must be banned manualy.
A update is available for sourcebans, maby MATRIX can do something about it.

maybe you don't get it that sourcebans has nothing to do with cheats. Sourcebans is just a database where information about banned players are stored.

i think that some maps should be removed as they aren't played anymore
maps like: de_prodigy, as_fleeiraq, as_crisis, as_oilrig (these three vip maps are big and i think that for these maps the number of player slots should be increased), fy_2forts, de_dustmas_v2, de_dust_pcg
i'm not saying all these maps should be removed...maybe some of them
also a little increase on the player slots would hurt the server? maybe 2 more slots...

It is a problem with autoforce join team, even after disconnect.
It leads into absurd situation. Last night we were 4 vs. 4.
First team with players with score 30-5 (CT) and the second team (T) with players with scores 2-15.
I wanted to balance the situation, moving to the other team. No way.
Finally, ALL players from the (T) team leave the server, and CT team fought with nobody! Until the round time expired the players stayed on the map, without target, because nobody was able to join (T) team due to autoforce join.
I suppose the server must have autobalance in these situations. This autoforce join the same team after disconnect is useless in my opinion.

i think we shuld fix so we can go on the team we want 2 go. i usualy pick the weakest team cuz i know im good. and that way we always do much bether. i also use ma_swapteam lol. if ct has loads of good players u just swap some over with those bad on ur team so the teams are more balanced. 1 good player cant make up for a whole team of bad players... lol

As long as there is autobalnce enabled on the server there should be no auto forcing to select the random team. just an opinion.
Auto force join the same team after disconnect is useless because when u joined and there are like 10vs10 and from 1 team 5 guys disconect the auto balance does the work...unles right afther that 5 more players connect and join the team that those guys leave

These were all discussed in the past.. now we can deal with team ballance a lot easier because there a lot more admins, even from different countries that means different time stamps
so let's hope that we can cover most of the day with at least 1 admin on who can deal with team ballance accordingly swapping players from 1 team to another.. The force auto-select is so that players don't allways join the winning team or join the advantaged side like in assault.. Auto-select is predictible i use it to my own advantage ( bad admin xD )..

How many admins play on server at 00:00 - 01:00 am? None.
For example with Ann3 I played 2-3 maps in 80 h of playing (last night 10-15 min). Also, as I remember with [H.A.F]Dgl<3 I played only once, on as_italy map. Hard to find an admin on server at that time.

auto forcing was put because many players batteled for one team,even admins,for example : on as_italy all good players play at t because there are doing more points!so if we have ranking and players enjoy this we will have a battle for points!and the team winning adds more points so...i say auto team is ok!

ofc its limited. only 1 lvl of admin given, and we dont need all the commands 2 do our tasks. we ban/kick/mute and balance teams. thats about it

rates dont work like that, 25000 isnt just some magical number thats great for everyone. You tailor your rates to your individual connection so a lower limit of 10k would be more reasonable. and piranesi sucks

i can't force players rate. i think i can add a plugin which check players rate and kick them if they do not have 25000 but it's not so efficiently.
best way to resolve this is to talk with players that play day by day on this server and explain them what to do.

i remember a time that sprays were on server!but players used normal sprays,now some use obscene sprays...not all...but some!!!!but i think we can manage this!

I want u 2 remove a map from the list of maps... the map is called de_westwood and its the freaking lamest map i have ever played. 1 good reason is that its impossible for T 2 actualy plant the bomb since its in a wide open area and that way its easy 2 get killed, its a camping map and those maps arent worth playing : /

i propose to remove as_italy because it's imposible for the VIP to escape with all those tero watching the escape route,and the escape route placed on the top of the house!!!
also remove cs_italy because it is no time to take all the hostages back to escape point,the same with militia and assault...also good camping spots on all this maps...should be removed quickly!!!i will be back with more proposals...hope to remain with de_dust2 on server...then we could rest!!!

I hate on this server the algoritm that you rank is calculated on, it is all about k/d ratio and it should not only be about that(especiali on a public server)
For exemple you are ct on (the famous) as_italy, and you are a good player but the rest of the team is newbie to css(more noobs then newbies), and t is a very good team. Offcourse you will have dificulties having a good k/d ratio, sometimes even imposible to have one >2 but since u are in the loosing team u should get more points peer kill then the team on T since for u it is a lot harder to kill then for them. also if u are in t u will lose more points for every death u have since for u it should be harder to die(newbies on other team).
This should calibrate the players allways wanting to go in the winning side of the team.(and trust me a lof of players play only for k/d ratio on the server)
Also if u are number 1 in the stats and i am last, and i manage to kill you i will get a lot of points(and you losee a lot) since i kiled(teoreticaly) the pest player on the server.
Psycostats3 offers detalied information about the players on the web so you can add a link to it and mayby there will come even more players on the forum than there are now.
There are lot of options on psycostats 3 plus you can change how everything is calculated(with a bit of patiance and time) and it can be a realy cool ranking sistem that will probably even calibrate the winnings sides of the team.
+I think the round time is very short, add like 30 sec more or smth.

KD ratio does not influence ur rank.. there are a lot of 0.8- .09 players in top10, my kd is 2.66 right now and i played a lot of as_italy as ct.. And if u are top and u get killed by lower ppl u do lose a lot of points and the one who killed u get's a lot..

manimod does not have an option for "only mirror damage on attacker".
the victim would get the damage. all i can do is to raise the multiplier that inflicts whatever damage ( armor loss + health loss) was given to the victim back to the attacker.
until now the attacker get the same ammount of healtg+armor loss as the victim with a multiplier of 0.1 per wound.
now i double the amount of health+armor on attacker side and raise the multiplier to 0.3 per wound.
i expect feedback on how gameplay occur.

I dont think the mirror damage is working, It seems worse. Almost like you do more damage to the people you team attack.
Also can we think about changing as_italy, its popular map but its terrible balance. For some reason there is weapon restrictions as well where T can get awp and ct cant get awp or even scout.

vote ban should be a 10 min ban only.
If there are "pros" that allways get banned by the noobs they should make a request so they will grand special acces by their steam id, so even if he gets baned he can still rejoin right afther.

What i am about to suggest IS just a suggestion. I was verifying people's rates today on the server, as it was very laggy and i was trying to do something about the certain issue.
Some people weren't responding to my request so i was thinking, rather than beg people to change there rates, and have them not even say something back, couldn't we have access granted to the ma_cexec command? So we'd be able to "ma_cexec "Gibo" "rate 25000" ? I was thinking, whats the worst things you could do with ma_cexec? ma_cexec "X" "quit" ? ma_ban is much worse

In the last big steam update, they removed the ability to exec commands on the client. ma_cexec shouldn't work at all anymore, so sadly this method can't be used
it would work for retry, drop, say but not to modify their configurations.

No. Only radar (map overview) in spectate mode can be changed.
Preferred overview mode while spectating (Off, Minimap, Full map <0|1|2> )

my first suggestions
. more maps would be great....there are just a few maps on this server.....it would be nice to see some more, like deagle maps, or other awp maps...i'm sure, in time, more players would be joining this server. another thing that would be funny to say at least....that bet thing....they keep typing it, see there's no result and then get out...saying this server sucks also it would be a blast if players could talk when they press "k", that would be the best improvement i would suggest....sure, i know, players could swear and curse, talk in other languages that romanian and english or just be as noisy as they can just to piss others off.....but that's why we are so many admins and maybe more to come....to ban them if so. really, MATRIX, everyone complains about the camping and team killing and team flashing....as you said, the solution is improvement of teamplaying.....and what could be more helpfull if not the posibility to talk to eachother? that would help alot....and the gameplay would be more and more attractive.

@ hellter: I agree with your suggestions, but I want to say that if voice communication should be enabled on the server, every player can mute anyone he likes from the players list. Also he can use the command voice_enable 0, if he wants to mute everybody, including himself
"More maps suggestion" is a great ideea and about FriendlyFire I`m still fond with it off cause teamplay on public zero means sh*t! (a lot o players don`t use or don't know how to use a radar, they don't know how to throw nades, they didn't learn the skins, etc.. so they make ta/tk frequently...
and that's really anoying)

i didn't know that(about the mute thing)....but still.....there are admins.....and the punishment for that could be perm ban....i don't think many would risk after first 5 perm bans
really, there are a lot of admins around here and more vip-admins to come i think....and playing on a public server with voice activation could become more tactic than it is right now....it can't be as it is in a war, i know....but it would be an improvement...i really believe in this option....and since you guys are here(blade, inferno, bulls, daliu etc.) i think players would come and play here just to learn something....and playing will develop faster.anyway....it's up to you, MATRIX....i really hope you will think about it....

The voice com is not open beacose everybody can speak and swere without record .
Now, if someone decide to sewere it will be in writing and evidence remains in the server logs.

The real problem is when you stay spect and record a prick ... after 3 rounds server kick u out... sometimes not enough time to finish the job... and u got to reconnect and start all over again... frustraiting indeed...
Can u do MATRIX something for ADMINS ONLY not be kicked when spect? something like immunity on other servers?

i would like to see a topic with a complete list of rules players and admins must follow on this server.....cause it so happens that i am asked from time to time some things i have no ideea to answer....by example how much should an admin must keep a demo, or what is the punishment for different things.....etc.
this is not urgent....but...it would be nice to have that topic....it would help alot both players and admins.

its pretty simple, act like an idiot and you will be punished. Swearing results in mute, more swearing results in temp ban, and then perm ban. Cheating is insta ban. We dont need rules like this. Admins should be capable to decide for themselves the correct punishments.

use sm_ menu ban and select the true motiv for banning
about demo, you do not have to keep it on ur computer, just upload and post link ... name/steam_id /IP on forum... you shoud have not problems
We have no rules for admins because all is about common sense... usualy MATRIX gives not admins power for everybody who ask ... and if the admin do not prove deserve it... well, is very easy to become a simply player again ...

Imagine that some players are playin` @ sound. U stick on to your plan in the map, and in the same time when the "headshot" sound is playing from nowhere u get a headshot `cause u couldn`t hear the other player. On all good and big servers from Romania and not only u won`t hear those sounds. I`ve noticed recently that MATRIX removed all the sounds from the server. I`m talking here about the admin_only sounds. That`s a good choice. Keep up the good work, cheers.

i looked a bit on KAC info and i run into this:

can it be turned on on our server? it's not big thing but i think it reduces a bit some abuses
i also looked a bit on what those codes (KAC ID 5.15, 5.16 etc) mean
so i saw players banned w/ 5.16 ...i looked on the list and they have been banned because their sv_gravity cvar did not match the server's...i know it could be just a way for hackers to foul admins and unban them but what if there are some people out there whom don't cheat? i know the solution would be for those unfortunate people to buy a license..but some can't afford it by some reasons..so i was thinking if it's possible to change the punishment from ban to kick...and if that person is a cheater an admin should identify him

I did not see any kind of this plugin for css but yesterday i searched on youtube for cs anti rush lasers and i found but only on cs 1.6 and i thought that you,MATRIX will create these lasers for css too(because you are a genious)...sry for offtopic

Because you can have a lot of easy money from the 2nd round if you are so sure that your team or enemy team will win.Any noob can bet and win a lot of money so he can buy good weapons and the remaining players only pistols...

The server is cool and it does not needs any improvements.I just want something changed...When a player shoots his teammate and accidentaly gives him like 90 damage that player who shot should not be slayed,he should have like 1 hp but not slay...Thanks.It is more cool in my opinion and many players won't get pissed off and leave the server.

Also, something really worth looking into.. i saw that a lot of cheaters now, stop using what they use after somebody moves spec.. I don't know if its when anybody moves spec but, its most certainly when admins do.. I was not able to catch 3 cheaters because of this.. Once i was in nuke with hellter and, everything one of us moves spec, the cheater would start playing very bad, when we moved back, the cheater would start playing.. cheatfull.. If we could, the admins at lest, would be able to spectate people from the other team, instead of moving spec, it wouldn't be a, great or perfect solution, but it would certainly be much easier.. A good day.

ok, now since sprays are permited what should be the punishment for pornographic or inapropiate sprays? should it be permanent? or less? please tell us, MATRIX....cause i suggest permanent, they all kept asking for sprays, hope they don't mess it up. so....please tell us what the punishment for inapropiate sprays

I`m on suggestions topic so here`s my advice for admins:
-> When u want to "spectate" someone (to see if he/she`s a cheater), don`t move to spectators...instead u press M1/2, just like u select your team...but do not select your skin! Then you will be dead on every round and the person who cheats won't know if he/she is being watched! (cause when he/she knows who the admin is, he/she may switch off his/hers cheats if you move to spectators "team"!)

)....kidding, is a great map, a competition map, that's why i asked for it, as for deagles.....i think is a good way to practice pistol shooting....my personal opinioni can't find piranesi and pyramid yet, heard they are great.....but as soon as i find them, i will write the link

the server definetly needs a votekick and specially a voteban section, because i just come from the server, where is a cheater, and there is no admin on the server, the players wanted to voteban him, bun the option wasn't enabled.

We already talked about this a 1000 times, most users aren't responsible, mature or usually able to make the difference between a cheater and a skilled player there for a lot of useless bans will be made, a lot of useless unban demands because the voteban isn't permanent...
